Delivery across Ukraine
Delivery of goods across Ukraine is carried out by the "Nova Poshta" service. During the period of martial law, dispatch within 2-5 working days after receipt of payment. The delivery time is 1-2 working days from the moment of dispatch. After sending the order, you will receive a TTN (waybill) number, by which you can track the parcel.
International delivery
During the period of martial law, delivery to the territory of other countries is carried out by the State Post (EMS). Delivery time by State Post (EMS) is 15-25 working days. The cost of delivery is fixed - 30€. Payment for delivery is made together with payment for the product.
After sending the order, you will receive a TTN (waybill) number, by which you can track the parcel.
The buyer has the right to return the product of the appropriate quality to the seller if the product did not satisfy him in terms of shape, style, color, or size. The consumer has the right to exchange a product of inadequate quality for a similar product without defects, if such is available, or to choose another product from the assortment. The buyer has the right to exchange/return the goods within fourteen days from the moment of receiving the order, provided the receipt, all tags, and original packaging are available.
Delivery costs for the exchange/return of products of proper quality are paid by the buyer.
Products cannot be exchanged or returned:
- made to order
- from which tags and labels were cut
- which were in use
- which were used for photo/video shooting
- without goods receipt

- delivery of products that were made outside the territory of Ukraine (international delivery)
- discounted products
